We place orders with our main supplier every Tuesday and Thursday, aligning with their inter-branch courier service from Midrand to Cape Town. This scheduling helps minimise logistics costs, allowing us to pass these savings directly on to our customers. Delivery to your door typically takes only 3–7 working days once your order has been placed with our supplier.

No problem! Your order will be ready for pickup at our Claremont collection point within 3 working days, on average, after your payment has cleared.

We source from 11 trusted suppliers, including:

We do not hold stock. Products are shipped directly from suppliers to reduce costs and delivery time. Our admin offices focus on sales, coordination, and customer support.

 

2. Supplier Access

Most of our suppliers do not sell directly to the public. To buy from them, you must:

  • Be an approved reseller

  • Have a reseller business

  • Own a product-focused website

  • Provide proof of business legitimacy

  • Maintain minimum sales activity

We meet all these requirements, providing us with access to wholesale pricing—and we pass those savings directly on to you.

 

3. Invoices Are Required

All orders must include a quotation and invoice. This is vital for:

  • Business transparency

  • SARS compliance

  • Accurate stock and pricing confirmation

You will receive:

  • A payment receipt (once funds have cleared into our bank account)

  • A marked invoice showing full payment (once funds have cleared into our bank account)

 

4. Refunds Policy

If you’ve paid and the item is out of stock:

  • You’ll receive a FULL refund to your bank account

  • No cash refunds. Your refund will be via bank EFT

  • SARS must be able to verify all transactions

 

5. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges are always included on your quote and invoice

  • If you choose collection in Claremont, no extra cost applies

7. VAT Policy

DELIVERY & COLLECTION INFORMATION

Delivery Times

  • Standard delivery: 3–7 working days

  • Collections: 3–4 working days, depending on supplier

Examples:

  • Esquire: 3–4 working days

  • Pinnacle Micro / Kolok: 1–2 working days

- If the product is only available at another branch, add 2–3 extra working days.

- Some suppliers only process orders on Tuesdays & Thursdays, which can affect timelines.

 

Delivery Terms

  • Courier fees are not included in product prices

  • Deliveries from Midrand to Cape Town are free, unless stated otherwise

  • Estimated delivery times are clearly shown on your quote/invoice

 

Order Processing

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day

  • Orders are only confirmed once payment is cleared

  • Most suppliers cut off orders by 11 AM

  • No courier deliveries on weekends or public holidays

📌 Delivery time starts from when the order is placed with the supplier, not from when your payment clears.

 

Courier Guidelines

  • No deliveries to:

    • PO Boxes

    • Plots, farms, townships, or construction sites

  • Deliveries to security estates/businesses:

    • Notify security/reception in advance

  • Delivery times: 08:00–16:00, Monday to Friday

  • Someone must be available at the delivery address—couriers do not always call ahead

  • Once signed for, the order is considered complete.

Warranty Policy

  1. Warranty Period & Source

    • All products come with the warranty provided by the original supplier/manufacturer.

    • Warranty begins from the date of purchase/invoice.

  2. Proof of Purchase

    • You must present the invoice or receipt to claim the warranty.

    • Keep packaging, accessories, and manuals—these must be returned with the product if making a warranty claim.

  3. What is Covered

    • Manufacturing defects in hardware (not including physical, liquid, or accidental damage).

    • The warranty applies to the original buyer only and is not transferable.

  4. What is Not Covered

    • Damages from misuse, modifications, and repairs by unauthorised third parties.
