Section 8: Return Policy

Our return policy is subject to the terms and conditions of our suppliers, not our own. We act only as an intermediary and will assist you within reason. All returns must be initiated as soon as possible after delivery.

To qualify for a return, all original packaging, cables, manuals, tags, power supplies, batteries, and accessories must be intact. Items must be unused and in the exact condition received. Do not tamper with warranty stickers or seals.

If these requirements are not met, we cannot be held liable should the supplier decline the return or refund.

If you change your mind after receiving the item, please note that many of our suppliers charge a handling fee (typically around 25%) for restocking.

All returns, exchanges, or warranty claims are governed by our suppliers’ policies and subject to their inspection and approval. Any costs incurred (including handling or return courier fees) will be for your account—not ours.

As an online business, we do not hold physical stock on-site. Orders are fulfilled directly by our suppliers or third-party partners, similar to how larger online stores operate (e.g., Makro). As a result, we are bound to their return and warranty conditions.

Damaged Orders Upon Delivery

If your order arrives damaged, broken, or in visibly poor condition, do not sign the courier’s delivery document. Signing may be interpreted as acceptance that the item was received in good condition.

Please immediately take clear photos and videos of the damage in the presence of the courier. It’s advisable to record the courier’s name, company, and vehicle registration number for reference.

This evidence must be submitted to us so we can forward it to the relevant supplier and courier company for investigation.

⚠️ Please note: We are not liable for damages caused during transit, as we do not handle delivery directly. Liability lies with the courier and/or supplier.

Products Shipped in Error

If you receive a product that differs from what you ordered, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt. We will arrange for the incorrect item to be collected and the correct product to be delivered as quickly as possible.

Please do not open, use, or remove the item from its original packaging. If the product is opened, used, or no longer in mint condition, you may be subject to a handling fee of 25% or more of the purchase price.

Our suppliers will not be held responsible for any misuse or abuse of goods, nor for any data loss from storage media returned for exchange or repair.
