We therefore order most of our products from Esquire who is located in Midrand. This makes keeping stock that much easier as we do not have to keep all of this said stock ourselves​, which in turn helps us to keep our costs low and to be very competitive with our pricing and because of the location of Esquire, we are well positioned to service: Midrand / JHB / Durban / Bloemfontein / Cape Town and so forth. Our offices is used for administrative + office use and as well as for our sales team. We order our stock / sales items from Esquire + Kolok + Pinnacle Micro and from a FEW OTHER COMPANIES, 11 in total,  who give us the COMPETITIVE EDGE in terms of price and quality, Thereby giving us the ability to give you a GOOD quality product at a good, fair price, eliminating your need to shop around for a fair deal / solution

2. Most of our suppliers, such as Esquire / Kolok / Pinnacle Micro and so forth, do not deal / sell to the public. One must become a reseller of theirs, be a proper business, selling what they have to offer, have a website and provide supporting documents proving that you are a company and who can use and sell there products. Also one must maintain a certain level of sales in order to keep the "account" open / active with them

3. All orders must have an invoice, this is very important please,  as we must adhere to business standards and practices and be compliant should SARS want to do an audit on the business and also its proof of purchase. You will get a payment receipt, paid in full marked invoice, only when your order is fully paid for.

4. If you have paid for an order and the order is either sold out and or stock is no longer available, you will get a FULL refund into your bank account, we do not refund one with cash in hand. SARS must be able to verify all of our transactions, which must go through our bank account. This is non negotiable. 

5. All quotations / invoices will always show the delivery and or courier costs to your location and or address unless other wise stated (All courier and or delivery costs is for your cash account / invoice / pocket) All collections from our address here in "Cape Town" will be at no cost to you

When purchasing ASUS products online, be careful of which companies you chose to purchase from.
Yes, some of the items might be cheaper than what it is being retailed for in South Africa.
But a cheaper price can't make up for bad service and no peace of mind.
We were recently informed that some consumers paid a certain online website to purchase our notebooks and tablet range.
After no delivery was made within the promised period.. upon following up, the consumers found out that the website closed down and that was the last time they saw their money. (Very sad indeed, my words inserted here)

 

IMPORTANT:-

  • The picking, packing, arranging for delivery process and the actual delivery via courier service is linked to what you order, where you want it delivered and how you choose to pay, so delivery times can vary. Estimates can be given. These estimates below are the best and worst general case, past history scenarios, based on our previous experiences with our current suppliers. The suppliers and couriers time table and way of doing business is unchangeable, meaning we cannot tell them how and when and what to do. Some delays might occur due to unforeseen circumstances that is just beyond our control, HOWEVER, we will endeavour to get your order sent to you as FAST as possible and or for collection.

 

  • Normal out for delivery / collection is 2 to 4 working days. If stock is not available in Cape Town but is available else where, then we will need about 2 to 3 working days for the order to arrive here in Cape Town and or we can courier your order directly from the suppliers address to you (where ever possible) Some orders, depending on which suppliers is used, can only be placed on Tuesdays and Thursdays and because of this, it can take up to 2 to three working days for the order to arrive by us, here in Cape Town, and or we can courier the order to you directly from where the supplier is located (Where ever possible) The courier cost / your order being sent to you, is not included in the product price / invoice price and is at an additional cost. Our supplier in Midrand - their deliveries to Cape Town will be free, unless other wise stated. Courier delivery ETA will always be shown on your quotation and invoice. Delivery to the rest of South Africa will take about 3 to 7 working days. This is standard courier delivery times. Your location and address will influence the ETA. Deliveries to plots, farms, townships and construction sites will not be possible. Some areas may attract a surcharge by the courier company for being to far / high risk and this surcharge is beyond our control.

  • Please Note: Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the following business day. Your order is only placed and processed once your payment has cleared into our bank account. The timing of placing all orders is important as most suppliers only take and process orders before 11am of that morning / day other wise the processing and delivery arrangements might and properly will be left until the following morning and or day. This is the general rule for most online shops and purchases. No courier deliveries will be made on public holidays and during weekends. Delivery estimate will commence from when payment is reflecting in our bank account and not from time of order. All orders 10kgs and more, might / will be delivered via road freight and delivery is estimated at 2 to 4 working days from some of our suppliers where stock is not available in Cape Town and or the area / region where the order needs to go to. The courier company will set the delivery cost, ETA and method of shipping your order.
